Spurred on by a conversation about 'Extreme Makeover' and because the question came up at work, I'll turn it over you guys.

If you /had/ to have one plastic surgery done, what would it be?

Me? It'd be this flap of flab under my chin. No matter how fat or skinny I am, there it is. And I've seen what it turns into, in my grandfather and uncles. It is NOT pretty. I'll look like a rooster. Or a walrus. Something like that.
