| 9:30 p.m.-2005-01-09 Eh. This is a few days old, but I should do it anyway. We saw Darkness a few days ago. Needless to say, he liked it, I didn't. I didn't like it for the usual reasons: transparent plot, characters I wished were dead from the start, general incoherent storyline, a lack of punch after the build ups, a lack of tying the whole thing together WELL. That said, it had a few things going for it. It was stylish to look at. It had pretty people in it. It wasn't the same old variety of movie you get when you get a 'ghost story' type movie. Definately a matinee or a renter, and I'll leave it at that. I just wish they'd put a bit more flesh on the bones, and had ended it a bit better. The Captain
