| 6:24 p.m.-2004-02-15 Have you seen this show? I mean THIS show? I'm not kidding. Most Extreme Elimination Challenge (a MST3K take on the Japanese TV show Takeshi's Castle)... it's on Spike TV (formerly TNT), the 'Network for Men'. After catching the other half watching Oxygen off and on...I can only agree. I find myself watching it every chance I get. It's wrong. It's VERY wrong. That said, it's also the funniest thing on TV. It's raunchy. It's gross. It's full of scatalogical references thanks to the voice over talents. It's just mind numbingly STUPID. I can't believe anyone on this planet would do half the stuff they manage on this 'show'. It's sort of a physical version of a Simonesque verbal reaming of the world's worst kareoke wannabes. Frankly, I should be ashamed to admit I've even SEEN this show. It makes reality TV look intelligent. And apparently, the Beast loves it. That's right. My parrot keeps spouting taglines from the show like 'Don't Get Eliminated!' and 'That's right Kenny'...I think he thinks he's Vic Romano. Gad, I love it. With a 'cast' of characters named things like Captain Tenille and Guy Le Douche, with games like Eat Shitaki, Log Drop, and Wall of Maim...it's hard not to love it.
